At the corner of Greenville Road and Pleasant Street in Monson, Maine (with the Monson General Store behind it) a pole holds a mileage sign from the Maine Appalachian Trail Club (MATC) along with a directional sign to "Shaw's Boarding Home" usually called Shaw's Hiker Hostel.
